Follow these simple instructions! :]

1. First  open your image in Photoshop. (If your photo is very light, you might want to make it darker)
2. Duplicate the image, so that you have two layers overlapping of the same image.
3. On your layers window, there is a drop down menu. Select "Screen."
4. Your image should have gotten brighter. Now, go to the top of your screen where it says Filter.
5. Select Filter >> Blur >> Gaussian Blur.
6. Choose a number from .5 to 2. (I used 1.7)
